  • Do you ship internationally?
    Yes. We ship worldwide.

  • What are your shipping methods and How long do they take?
    All orders are shipped via EMS from our office in Daejeon or Seoul, Korea.
    Depending on the destination country and shipping method chosen, international orders can take 5 - 15 business days to deliver.

Please note this does not take into account any customs clearance delays that may arise.
We work closely with our shipping partners to minimize any delays in delivery for our international customers.
  • How will I pay for duties and taxes?Duties and taxes are the responsibility of the recipient and they are set by the customs authorities of the destination country.
EMS will contact you directly requesting payment upon your order's arrival through customs.
  • What payment methods do we accept?
    We accept Visa®, MasterCard®, and American Express®. Discover® and PayPal® are available for purchases made in USD $. We cannot accept checks, cash or money orders. If you have a PayPal Cash or PayPal Cash Plus account, you can also use your balance.

  • Can I change or cancel my order?
    Please be sure to review and verify your address and purchase information before submitting your order.
If you need to change your order, Please contact hyunclaudia@herbsseoul.com to change or cancel your order prior to shipment.
We are unable to make changes or cancel your order once it has been processing.
  • Do you accept returns or exchanges?
    If you don't love your item, you can return or exchange within 7 days of purchase. As for international Returns, please email hyunclaudia@herbsseoul.com with your order number or full name in the subject line. The Items must not be worn, washed or damaged.
